Now, we’re expanding. MFR is launching a brand-new facility in Lancaster, Ohio, and we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse Supervisor who wants to be part of something from day one — helping shape processes, culture, and performance from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a “keep things running” role. It’s a build-it, lead-it, own-it opportunity.
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll work directly with the company’s founders (Nate and Jess) to launch and manage a brand-new operation. You’ll be responsible for hiring, leading, and developing a diverse team, setting the tone for performance, and creating the structure that allows people to do their best work.
You’ll have full-time presence on the floor — motivating your team, enforcing SOPs, and finding ways to make our processes more efficient. It’s a fast-moving environment with real autonomy and visible impact.
What You’ll Do
Hire, lead, and develop a motivated, bilingual warehouse team for our new Lancaster facility
Establish and enforce SOPs that balance quality and productivity
Drive operational efficiency, identifying roadblocks and removing them quickly
Coach team leads and create an environment of accountability and respect
Communicate clearly across English- and Spanish-speaking team members — bridging language and culture to build one team
Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows, equipment layouts, and daily execution plans
Use Excel/Google Sheets and in-house systems to manage performance, track progress, and communicate results
Maintain a strong presence on the floor — leading by example and keeping operations running smoothly
Who You Are
Fluent in both Spanish and English — comfortable leading and communicating in both languages
You’ve led teams in reverse logistics, apparel, or eCommerce operations — maybe as a lead or assistant supervisor looking for your next step
Hands-on and thrive in fast-changing, startup-style environments
Understand what it means to lead without compromise — friendly but professional, supportive but firm
Comfortable with technology (Excel, Google Sheets; Apple environment experience is a plus)
Value integrity, ownership, and teamwork — and don’t take yourself too seriously
Like the idea of working directly with ownership in a small, family-run company where your voice matters
Bonus Points
While not required, experience in the following areas may help you qualify for higher pay:
Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) — able to bridge language and culture on the floor
Training or team leadership in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment setting
Experience in returns processing or reverse logistics environments
Strong computer literacy, including Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with Apple/iOS devices for scanning, tracking, and communication
The Details
Location: Lancaster, OH (onsite required)
Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday (exact hours TBD)
Compensation: Salary, commensurate with experience
