Now, we’re growing. MFR is launching a brand-new facility in Lancaster, Ohio, and we’re looking for Warehouse Associates who want to be part of something from day one — helping build a workplace where teamwork, respect, and quality come first.

The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Associate at MFR, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations — receiving, inspecting, sorting, and preparing products for resale and refulfillment. You’ll work alongside a supportive, bilingual team and experienced leaders who care about your growth and safety.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment where every detail matters. You’ll be part of a company that values doing things right — not just fast.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, unpack, inspect, and organize incoming products

  • Prepare and package outbound orders accurately and efficiently

  • Support returns processing, product refurbishment, and inventory organization

  • Follow all SOPs and safety procedures to keep the workspace clean and secure

  • Work closely with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members

  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and quality on the floor

  • Help maintain a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment

Who You Are

  • Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented — you take pride in doing a job well

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, or eCommerce is a plus, but not required

  • Comfortable working on your feet and using warehouse equipment (training provided)

  • A team player who shows up, supports others, and takes initiative

  • You care about quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement

  • You appreciate working in an inclusive, Spanish-friendly environment

Bonus Points

While not required, experience in the following areas may help you qualify for higher pay:

  • Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) — able to bridge language and culture on the floor

  • Training or peer coaching experience — helping new team members learn the ropes

  • Experience in returns processing or reverse logistics environments

  • Comfort with computers and inventory systems

  • Familiarity with Apple/iOS devices for scanning, tracking, and communication

The Details

  • Location: Lancaster, OH (onsite required)

  • Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday (exact hours TBD)

  • Compensation: Hourly, based on experience and skills
